Your wedding day is a big and exciting day full of laughs and smiles, and because it’s such a long day full of possibilities, it calls for some extra preparation to ensure that it runs smoothly!
To help your wedding go as you’ve always dreamed it would, we’ve put together a list of items to add to your wedding day survival kit! The items on this list are sure to put out any all fires and keep your day stress-free! Let’s get started
1. Concealer and Powder
It is a long day and your makeup is bound to need some touch-ups! Throw concealer and powder into your wedding day survival kit so that your makeup looks its best in every photo throughout the celebration!
2. Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer is a handy tool too keep in your survival kit! Because you’ll be so busy celebrating and enjoying your day, you wont want to go to the bathroom over and over again in your gorgeous wedding dress just to wash your hands!
3. Baby Wipes
Sanitizer wipes are great for cleaning your hands, and all around making you feel fresh during a day or night of dancing!
4. Safety Pin
You’ll never know what might happen on your wedding day until it does, and you’ll want to be prepared ahead of time. Whether for your own dress or for a bridesmaid’s dress, anything can happen, so be sure to pack a few safety pins!
5. Sewing Kit
Even better than a safety pin is a travel sewing kit! Mend any rips or tears on the spot and carry on your way with this survival kit essential!
6. Super Glue
Super glue is great for almost everything and gets things fixed in a jiffy! Don’t forget to add this gem to the survival kit!
7. Bobby Pins
Bobby pins for those loose hairs that don’t want to stay put through the wedding. Be sure to bring these along so your hair stays looking fabulous all day!
8. Deodorant
Deodorant because, well, it’s a long event, and brides will be pretty active from combatting nerves and excitement, to dancing the night away! DON’T leave the deodorant at home!
9. Perfume
Take the deodorant a step further by bringing your favorite bottle of perfume along. You wont have to worry about feeling gross or grungy with this kind of preparation!
10. Hair spray
Hairspray is an absolute must in your survival kit! Those stray hairs are bound to get loose and out of control throughout the day so make sure you have a bottle handy to periodically put them back in the place!
11. Pain Killer
You’ll never know when a cramp, headache, or some other painful ailment might come along; so pack painkillers to keep it from ruining your day!
12. Tissue
Many tears will be shed before, during, and after the day of your dreams, so make sure you pack plenty of tissues, whether for tears of joy or pesky allergies!
13. Mouth Wash
Mouth wash is a pretty self-explanatory item on our list, so go ahead and pack some for a fresh first kiss as a married couple!
14. Stain Remover
Throw in a stain remover, like a Tide Pen, for quick fixes from food or drink spills! This is a quick and easy way to deal with any of those stain emergencies!
15. Snacks
Last on the list is snacks. You’ll want plenty of snacks for when you’re getting ready with your girlfriends and leading up to the ceremony! It’s a long day, after all, so don’t let your stomach growl while you’re saying “I do!”
